As a customer, soon you will receive access to relevant, "real time" data center monitoring feeds through our Colo Control Panel (CCP) to monitor "in colo" temperature and humidity, UPS loads, and also review maintenance logs.
SVCOLO monitors all of our critical IT data center systems for status (change of state), trouble and alarm condition, providing situational awareness 24x7 of all electrical and mechanical systems. Room-based temperature and humidity conditions are also monitored to ensure systems stability.
SVCOLO personnel are alerted to any change in condition and respond appropriately to remedy the condition back to normal operating status based on standard response procedures.
